I recommend American Wills & Estates, When I asked Lloyd if I needed to set up a trust he was very honest and he explained to me that it would cost more money that he could have charged me, but instead he told me that it was not necessary. Great guy!

If you are looking for a responsible lawyer who knows their field hire Lloyd at American Wills & Estates . My husband and I had Lloyd create our will years back, so he was the first lawyer I called when my step-dad passed away. My dad's estate could be complicated because of our blended family and a will with a hand written list of possessions. To make it more fun, CV19 hit and everything shut down. Of course my mother and family were under the normal painful, stress of loss and the uncertainty of a pandemic. Having Lloyd as our advisor helped tremendously during this time. He was able to keep things moving even during a pandemic. He was able to help us communicate with all parties involved with the estate. He was patient and thorough, explaining in detail all of the options we were faced with to help us make informed decisions. At the same time he helped my mother with her will, and also helped us finalize the deed to my dad’s camp. To wrap this up, Lloyd charged my mother an extremely fair price; considering dads estate was very small and messy with a blended family, all the phone calls and re-scheduling he did to get things in order. I recommend Lloyd if you need a good lawyer that you can count on and trust.

If you are looking for someone to hold your hand Lloyd is probably not your guy. Lloyd tells it like it is and gets the job done. Being the executor of an estate is not a pleasant experience but Lloyd made it tolerable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
My son in law and daughter need help and cant even get a return call. He needs to be named executor of his uncles property and the uncle died back in April. Theres no other blood relatives. No family tree. Son in law was power of attorney untill the death. Someone please call back.
