We hired Lloyd Welling to assist us with the probate of my sister’s will. My husband and I live in Minnesota. My sister, who recently passed away, lived in Philadelphia. After her passing we quickly realized the probate process was going to be a huge logistical challenge for us. We contacted several attorneys in Pennsylvania, all of whom charged an outrageous rate by the hour and could not tell us what the final cost would be. When we contacted Lloyd he told us his fee would be based on a small percentage of the estate, so we were well aware what the total cost would be early on. We are very thankful we chose Lloyd as he was very attentive to the details of the probate process (which is a nightmare in Philadelphia) as well as empathetic to our needs. He was always available when needed and clearly explained each step of the process. We would most highly recommend his services!
